I took my car in for service. They serviced it. The visit was fine. This survey, though, is terrible. I doubt very many people complete it. For example, I can choose "Service They serviced it. For example, I can choose "Service" as why I went in, but I can't pick personnel in the Service department to rate (who were fine by the way). And it won't let me complete the rating, if I don't pick people from areas of the dealership with which I had no contact and with whom I never worked. Anyway, the dealership is fine, but this rater application needs work. It didn't help that I got an email on my first submission complaining about this rater application stating that I used "Profanity, or heavily implied profanity" in my review. I used standard non-profane, but admittedly non-flattering terms, to describe this application. I have eliminated any of those terms now, but still contend that this application needs work. I would suggest that email generated from this application refrain from insulting raters who bother to criticize the application (or even the dealerships). More
