Had an appointment at 8am so I dropped my suv off the evening before. Three days later they still hadn’t had time to even look at it. Also no one mentioned the concierge service even though I discussed t evening before. Three days later they still hadn’t had time to even look at it. Also no one mentioned the concierge service even though I discussed that I had a child & had to have my mom come I. Between work to drop off & pick up my suv. When I asked about the service, the service guy acted like he didn’t want to answer me regarding whether or not it was available. I went back to get my suv after it still hadn’t even been looked at & they were supposed to call me the next day to have someone come pick up the sub from my home. Three days later they called to say someone could look at it now. NO THANK YOU!! I will NEVER take another car here ever again. Also when I went to pick up my suv it was filthy!!! More
