Rick Dana worked my Expedition in to get the oils changed prior to my son and helping me with getting my needs met regarding servicing my vehicles. SERVICE VISIT

Made an appointment to have my truck serviced for two recalls and told it would take two days to get the parts and two days for the work. They got the parts as planned but after twelve days they still ha recalls and told it would take two days to get the parts and two days for the work. They got the parts as planned but after twelve days they still had not started the work. It took 18 days to complete the work. Unacceptable. I’m in the service business and I would never treat my customers so poorly. More
