When I took my F150 in the first time the service was good but they forgot to put the new tires on and we had to take it back. This time after speaking with the service writer and writing down what the good but they forgot to put the new tires on and we had to take it back. This time after speaking with the service writer and writing down what the issue was on the drop box paperwork, they failed to look the vibration all together. Then when they, they said nothing was found. I asked if they drive it and the person I was taking to did not know. I asked them to drive it, they did and the said no vibration was felt. I asked them to have someone else drive it and that person did feel the vibration. They finally fixed the issue. Still don’t know if I will use them again. More
Everyone was very professional and courteous. Unfortunately I found the communication to be lacking and what communication I did receive was slightly unclear. They were able to get my truck fixed Unfortunately I found the communication to be lacking and what communication I did receive was slightly unclear. They were able to get my truck fixed under the warranty, but it took almost 3 full business days longer than it should have because they were running behind by 2 days before my truck ever even arrived to them. Overall a positive experience but certainly not the BEST experience I've ever had. More communication, specifically accurate and concise communication, would have improved this experience and it would have helped the experience. More
