I noticed a oil leak on my brand new ‘22 truck with 3k miles on it. Upon bringing to the dealership, my salesman and the sales team were very dismissive and said that there was nothing they could do to he miles on it. Upon bringing to the dealership, my salesman and the sales team were very dismissive and said that there was nothing they could do to help me. They told me to, if I wanted, to bring it to service and make an appointment on my own. I figured they would have at least offered to help schedule me in service as soon as possible. When asking if they had a loner car they said no and my best bet was to call Enterprise and figure it out myself. I was very disappointed with the dismissive and unconcerned attitude of the sales team, given the truck was brand new. The service team however was great, the whole team was very pleasant and services my truck ahead of schedule. More

After the purchase of the car at a lou F. dealer took 2 weeks to get a confirmation to an appointment the appointment was 3 more weeks adding the 2of wait. Took the car to the appt. at 8am an dealer took 2 weeks to get a confirmation to an appointment the appointment was 3 more weeks adding the 2of wait. Took the car to the appt. at 8am and around 4pm drove by to see if it was ready or...? since i got no word from dealer. Word of the associate was the car wasnt even diagnosed "so sorry". After explaining that the appointment took a month aprox wait and thats why an apointment is for (right?) Associate mentions that he understands how i feel and that there was 19 cars in front of mine... I asked why was not informemed or schedule a diferent day? and the last excuse was : "we dont have enough techs" .he couldnt told me exactly when he could get me schedule (week b4 4th of july. called me tuesday of previous week and Reeschesule appiontment + 2more weeks. Dropped the car 8am again was ready next day since techs live at 3 pm and there was no response from Ford engineers on how to fix the issue. Issue # Requested a key made that i brought in from the deLearship ( apperently making a key after purchasing a car takes ford to bankcrup again ?) ... Paid 152.00 and guess what!? They cant mach car and key fob ( that was given at the lou fouz dealear) and most important : Key doesnt work correctly. Yesterday, afterwork, had to pick my wife up form a prkng lot because the key wouldnt unlock the car. Oh. the good one, they send an uber to pick my wife for the second appt. However, i would prefered that the key of the car worked. More
