Was having problems with Sunset Ford trying to get my 2016 F150 (Purchased new from Sunset) brake safety recall taken care of. Called Lou Fusz & was able to get the repair scheduled in a short period of time. Took it in on my scheduled date and dropped it off. I worked with Brandon Piel and he was a pleasure to work with. He explained that they may have to order the brake booster & that would be a 2 day delivery. The safety recall service was completed in 3 days!!!! I am very happy with Brandon’s professionalism and the quick turnaround of my truck! More
They were terrible. They don’t know service about the cars they sell. No one answers the phone or empties full voice mail box. The service team was great, the whole team was very pleasant and communicated well. Services fixed my truck ahead of schedule. I noticed a oil leak on my brand new ‘22 truck with 3k miles on it. Upon bringing to the dealership, my salesman and the sales team were very dismissive and said that there was nothing they could do to he miles on it. Upon bringing to the dealership, my salesman and the sales team were very dismissive and said that there was nothing they could do to help me. They told me to, if I wanted, to bring it to service and make an appointment on my own. I figured they would have at least offered to help schedule me in service as soon as possible. When asking if they had a loner car they said no and my best bet was to call Enterprise and figure it out myself. I was very disappointed with the dismissive and unconcerned attitude of the sales team, given the truck was brand new. The service team however was great, the whole team was very pleasant and services my truck ahead of schedule. More
Brandon did a great job. The car was done when estimated. The Lyft ride was really helpful. Good communication. Got me in within a couple days of asking for service.
