I went to get an oil change and it took 30 minutes, but that was probably because there were other people who got there before me. After having a mediocre experience at Pundmann Ford, Ford customer service suggested I Try a different dealership. It was like night and day. I sensed genuine concern for my dilemma and a major effort was ma customer service suggested I Try a different dealership. It was like night and day. I sensed genuine concern for my dilemma and a major effort was made to fix my car as soon as possible. The mileage on my car just rolled over 16, 000 so it will be a while before I trade in for a new one. But, when I do I will be visiting Lou Fusz. Also, my service, although established at Pundmann will from now on be at Lou Fusz. Rick Dana was especially helpful and reassuring at a stressful time for me. I really do appreciate that kind of customer service. Thank you. More

The dealer did not tell me the truck had 3800 miles on it until 2 days before i was picking it up the website said 199 miles. Plus the truck had serveral scratches on it. I paid for a bed liner and they orde until 2 days before i was picking it up the website said 199 miles. Plus the truck had serveral scratches on it. I paid for a bed liner and they ordered the wrong one. We had to remind finance guy to take our down payment after everything was finished. The truck was dirty when we picked it up. More
