I needed to take my car into Lou fusz Ford for recall work. After scheduling an appointment that was more than two weeks out from the original phone call I found out they did not order all the parts ahea work. After scheduling an appointment that was more than two weeks out from the original phone call I found out they did not order all the parts ahead of time and ended up having to wait for a part in order to finish the service. This caused a delay and what I was told could be done in one day service turned into a week long service. The biggest problem I had was the communication, there was practically zero. I received a call on the first day of my service informing me of the part that was not there and my car have to remain there one more day. Over the next couple of days I am the one that had to initiate the contact in order to get a progress report of my car so I could make arrangements to pick it. When I did call I often received no answer for several minutes nearly 5 to 10 minutes before either someone answered or I got the automated message which didn't help because it sent me to voicemail that was full. I actually ended up getting some help from a sales team in order to get an update on my car for one of the evenings. After my frustration of the lack of communication was beginning to become known one of the service managers did call me on Thursday morning to give me an update and promised to give me an update by the end of the day, that did not happen and again I went without communication until I contacted the service department Friday where I was finally told that my car was completed and I could pick it up. Was called by the service department after dropping off my vehicle for an oil change and ailment check. Service guy informed me the hardware needed to correct my alignment was $200 per bolt for a grand tot my vehicle for an oil change and ailment check. Got down there to pick up my truck and he informed me he couldn’t find anything else anywhere online. Proceeded to charge me for an alignment that was never completed. Got home and typed in the bolts I was in need of and found a whole set cheaper than one he was trying to sell me. I understand it’s a business and they need to make money but theft is theft and this is exactly why people don’t trust dealerships. To make matters worse, the last time I was in there and got “The Works Package” they did not top off my washer fluid. Thus leading me to ask, what else isn’t getting done? Last time was my last time at that dealership. More
I couldn't be happier with Lou Fusz, especially after having a negative experience at a different dealer. Everything was easy to book, great waiting room and appropriate waiting time.
