Everyone is busy, another Ford Dealer told me they didn't have an appointment for 6 weeks. Brad said he didn't have an appointment but would see if it could be worked into the schedule. Presented with invoice, expected free service as that was what I was told when the 2021 F 350 was purchased during last years Ford truck month, used Ford pass points instead of cash but 2 oil changes not wha what I was told when the 2021 F 350 was purchased during last years Ford truck month, used Ford pass points instead of cash but 2 oil changes not what I expected. Also seat had been so adjusted by the tech that it took 30 minutes to get it back to my settings . Also no longer 0730 wait for oil changes, 1 st Appt 0930, took 90 minutes for the Works. Plus 3 week wait for oil change appointment More
