Lou Fusz has done nothing besides make the issue worse with how the general manager handled it. This is an updated review from the last one I posted about Lou Fusz Ford. After posting the first review, Lou Fusz Ford replied saying "We appreciate you taking the time to bring this issue to our attention, Eric. We will be passing your message along to management, and we are sorry to hear about your negative experience in our store. We hope to resolve this issue." So since they wanted to try and resolve the issue, I submitted something into their site, giving them my email so they can contact me about the issue. The salesman that I interacted with xx the dealership ended up texting my cell phone, asking what exactly the issue was. So I told him straight out what it was, then the General manager, Jason Catlin, apparently took the salesmans cellphone and proceeded to send messages in response to mine. Sending a hefty amount as well. Note, I gave them my email to message. I never wanted them to send me messages to my cell phone. But within the the messages the General manager was sending me, he treated me as if I was an absolute idiot, gaslighted me, put words into my mouth that I never said, insulted one of my friends which is a retired cars salesman, Denied things that were said during my time at the dealership, fought about how there was no reason for me to be upset, and that there was nothing to talk about. I requested multiple times to move these conversations to the email I requested them to message in the first place, but he continued to argue about how there was nothing more to talk about. By the time he agreed to emailing, he gave me his and continued to shut me down within the same message. I was completely dumbfounded on how unprofessional he handled the situation and on top of that, doing it all over one of his salesman cell phone. I've come to the conclusion that Lou Fusz Ford is just a completely dishonest, manipulative, money hungry dealership. With the General Manager acting like this especially during buisness hours, that's a horrible face for the dealership to have. They never wanted to "resolve the issue". They just made it so much worse.
