Everyone is busy, another Ford Dealer told me they didn't have an appointment for 6 weeks. Brad said he didn't have an appointment but would see if it could be worked into the schedule. Also seat had been so adjusted by the tech that it took 30 minutes to get it back to my settings . Also no longer 0730 wait for oil changes, 1 st Appt 0930, took 90 minutes for the Works.
