The service department was very responsive and courteous. They were able to take our vehicle on an emergency basis and get it back to us much sooner than anticipated. Thanks for the great service. I would like to mention that you might make more friends by offering the OBD.free since many parts stores do so and don't get to charge for services I would like to mention that you might make more friends by offering the OBD.free since many parts stores do so and don't get to charge for services and didn't design or build a lemon. Overall, was a good experience. I have purchased multiple vehicles from this Lou Fusz location in the past and other sister stations however, this wasn’t the best experience perhap I have purchased multiple vehicles from this Lou Fusz location in the past and other sister stations however, this wasn’t the best experience perhaps because it involved ordering a vehicle instead of buying one off the lot. The vehicle ordered was a high-in-demand vehicle and while I was excited to be a “chosen” one to order, it didn’t come without unknowns or surprises prior to completing the transaction. Surprises ranging from requiring a deposit to order greater than what was actually required by Ford which I obliged simply only because I thought this might be the only chance I got and duly noted that while requiring a deposit, it was “unknown” when I would be able to even actually place an order which ended up being almost 3 months later; to be "required" I purchase the "Protection" package at a large inflated cost compared to the actual material used which is less than desirable or provides any more protection than simple coat provided by a store-bought product; to being only allowed you use only dealership preferred provided financing to be “able” to purchase the vehicle at MSRP or face having to walk away. I get it there has to be some money made by the dealership but holding a customer's hand to the fire per se is only going to fuel the concern of untrustworthiness between dealerships and customers. The automaker direct-to-consumer works as it's been proven by another automaker brand, I would rather it now happen with Ford but perhaps we're traveling down that road with back door tactics as such. Come to find out after reaching out to other local dealers the opportunity to purchase is just as plentiful, notes for future purchases. The information available before, and during the process, was minimal, and understandable to some extent, but I was able to find out more online. The actual delivery of the vehicle was quick and easy. More
