Took my Ford Explorer in for the second time for a backup camera blue screen recall. They had the car for two days and for the second time pulled a software update that was supposed to fox the recall. It ha camera blue screen recall. They had the car for two days and for the second time pulled a software update that was supposed to fox the recall. It happened again less than - week after being foxed for the second time. Now I have to take it back in and they never have extra cars for recalls. Very frustrating. More
Dealer Rater, you must be a marketing company paid to get “good reviews” that become “good rankings”. There is no other way that Lou Fusz Ford’s Service in Chesterfield could have anything other than the lo “good reviews” that become “good rankings”. There is no other way that Lou Fusz Ford’s Service in Chesterfield could have anything other than the lowest rating possible. The only positive reviews are from folks getting an oil change and ones that don’t really say what service they had…..hmmmm. From what I can gather the only truthful reviews I see here are from those that actually had repairs done (or attempted). Each of these reviews appear to be 2 stars or less. Mostly 1 star. I have unfortunately entered into the nightmare that others should avoid like the plaque. I first took my 2017 Raptor in for warranty work due to the turbos being shot. Within the first 50 -90 mile of driving it issues occurred again with the turbos. I called to make an appointment the last week of August, the 1st available appointment time was October 3. Having no choice I took it. Today is November 3rd. Guess what!? I called today and was told the service tech assigned to my vehicle has an engine that he is working on that’s in front of mine. That’s right 2 months later and they are still waiting on the service tech to finish the job in front of mine! Much more to this one but I’ll leave it at that and save it for pending response which clearly hasn’t accomplished much as it appears they have been doing this for quite some time. Bottom line if you take your Ford here for warranty work they will likely screw it up the first time then when you bring it back… lol well I hope you have another vehicle because I’m going on 2 months of waiting as of tomorrow and they can’t even tell me when the tech can be done with the “job in front of mine” to be able to start on mine. So read between the lines if you are getting anything other than an oil change done you can bet your xxx that you will not have your car back for at least 2 months at this point. This is no joke and not an exaggeration. This is a fact. Mine is not waiting on parts or anything special, it simply needs the new turbo installed. Oh and it simply needs to start the job. They say they only have like one qualified tech? Yes I know there is a labor shortage but you need to refer the work out to another dealership if you can’t retain the people you need to do the work. And NO all the other dealerships are NOT amazing their clients wait 2 MONTHS to start the job! More
