Timely service, friendly staff, comfy waiting area. I like the service I got, but I didn’t get my washer fluid refilled. They have earned my trust in knowing I received the best deal possible. Grant is very detailed oriented in explaining all the options without trying to sell you on everything they offer. He does an excellent job in understanding your driving history so as to best match the appropriate options. I always feel welcomed and respected with each visit to the dealership even if it’s just to stop in to say hello and get a coffee. More
It is unfortunate that I cannot leave a better review for my experience at Lou Fusz Ford at this time. We are a Ford family and have been for decades. Having purchased 11 new Ford trucks and SUVs within my experience at Lou Fusz Ford at this time. We are a Ford family and have been for decades. Having purchased 11 new Ford trucks and SUVs within the last few years our experience with the Ford brand and Ford dealerships is well warranted. The lack of customer service and communication received from the Fusz Ford dealership during my recent purchase was quite disappointing. This was our first encounter with Fusz Ford. From the moment I placed my order I communicated with my sales rep via text, email, and by phone that I wanted a different color than what was selected with my online order submission (I was not able to select the desired color online when placing the order). The sales rep assured me in all of our communications that I would be contacted when it was time to designate my desired color and that it would be sometime prior to Ford scheduling the build. I was not contacted before the build and the sales rep instead contacted me when the truck was ready to be picked up. I, of course, addressed the color issue during this call and the rep told me that it was too late. The next problem was during the purchase process. My truck was a price DORA order. At the beginning of July when I ordered the vehicle I signed a purchase agreement for $80,348.00. However, at the time my truck was delivered the dealership told me the new total would be $82,329. When I addressed the difference I was told “$82,329--“take it or leave it …they would sell it to someone else”. This was my option if I did not agree to the new price. (This was a special ordered vehicle with a signed purchase order, copy retained). It is my understanding Ford honors the price given to me on the signed purchase order under Ford’s price protection – when this was addressed with the dealership, we were told such protection does not exist, even for signed purchase orders. Upon paying the dealership payment in full by guaranteed funds (bank check) and after being given the keys for the truck I was next approached by a member of the Fusz team in the parking lot who asked me to write my social security number on an IRS Form 8300. I was unable to receive a reason for this form so I called the finance associate to ask why this form was necessary. With multiple attempts I was never able to reach the finance associate at Lou Fusz Ford -- with each call I was told “he would get back to me”. This did not happen. Meanwhile, I called the IRS and explained the sale and was told that completion of this form was not necessary for my purchase (I confirmed again that the form was not necessary on the IRS website). Given all of this, we were less than pleased with our experience at Fusz Ford. Our family regrets this encounter as we have never experienced this with the many Ford dealerships we have purchased from. We would appreciate any assistance and look forward to hearing from you. More
