Bijan did an excellent job. It was a tough and disappointing overall experience for me but I realize it was not Bijan’s, or the dealership’s fault, that Ford decided to remove t It was a tough and disappointing overall experience for me but I realize it was not Bijan’s, or the dealership’s fault, that Ford decided to remove the feature (massaging seats) I chose the Expedition over competitor vehicles.
