I brought my car on for warranty repair. I really didn't communicate with the service department much. Really have no opinion. Service repeatedly lied about status of repair and whereabouts of my vehicle. Don't trust these xxxxxxxx! Vehicle was in for 3 simple, routine recalls that should have taken a total of about 4 hour whereabouts of my vehicle. Don't trust these xxxxxxxx! Vehicle was in for 3 simple, routine recalls that should have taken a total of about 4 hours. Appointment was made several weeks in advance and all parts were available, and I got the first appointment slot of the day. Was assured it was a 1 day repair. Took a day off because we were down a vehicle. Called at 2pm because I had not heard from service- service rep Rick told me he would check directly with the tech. Called me back about 15 later and told me it should be done right before close and to plan on being there before 6. At 5:30 I called them to verify it was completed, only to be told the car had not even been started by another service rep. Rick had left for the day without bothering to tell me. When I requested a loaner, they said they didn't have any left- that I could have gotten one if I asked earlier (which I guess was earlier when Rick straight lied to me)- but I'm out of luck now. Requested a call from the dealership GM which I did not receive. Next day I have to leave over an hour early for work to take my wife 30 min in the wrong direction to her job in order to make it to mine. Talk to Rick again, who tries to make up some story to get himself off the hook for lying, and they tell me the car is up and that they will return it to my wife to cut back on the additional inconvenience that they had caused. By noon, had heard nothing again and called to see what was going on- could not even get through to anyone- phone just rang off the hook. About 12:30 finally got through. Rick took the address and said the porters would head out immediately with the car. Dealer is 35 minutes from the dropoff location and arranged my 70year old parents to be there to get the keys. At 1:30, no sign of the car. Try to call Rick again, but no answer. Finally he calls me at 2, saying the car has been dropped off. Another Lie! My parents had not seen the car and now I'm wondering if these idiots dropped the car off in front of some random house or the porters are out for a ride at my expense. Called Rick back for an explanation. He had none. Said the car was dropped off and he would call back. Thought about reporting the car stolen at that point. Rick calls back and said that no one had left with the car! I asked why he was telling me it was dropped off when it hadn't left, and he tried to blame the porters, but the reality is he is just a perpetual liar. Still have not heard from the GM or dealer principal, but of which I have tried to contact. This dealer is trash- I wouldn't even trust them to deliver a car from the factory! Beware! More
I came to the dealer, because they seemed honest and not selling vehicles at marked up prices. Unfortunately, I feel railroaded. I took over a special order vehicle. I was told to put $1000 down and we’d work out the financing later and they could call around to get the best rate. I said, great I can call my bank. They agreed and said she thought they did work with my bank. The day it arrived I arrived preapproved for 5%, but was informed I had to use one of their loan companies for over 9%. I was told I have to keep the loan for 3 months, then I can refinance or pay it off. I even tried to have them just charge me the markup so that I didn’t have to think about this every day for the next 3 months. They refused. That and I had to buy a service agreement, because all their special order cars come with one… even though to me, this was a vehicle off the lot. I’m sure they do great work, but I’m sure it will be much more of a hassle than me just using my normal shop. I would have rather just known the price upfront than have them try to make money inconveniencing me. More
Unprofessional! !!!! I used Kelly Blue book to see what the value of my car was and I started receiving daily calls/texts/emails/videos from Collin. I asked politel !!!! I asked politely for him to stop calling and if I wanted to sell it, I would call them. He continually texted and emailed. When I called to let him know he has crossed the line I felt he was harassing me he was confrontational. When I called and spoke to the sales manager, Jeff he also felt what Collin was doing was "just following up". As I'm talking to Jeff I can hear Collin in the background laughing and making sarcastic comments. There are MANY places to buy a car or sell one and I would NOT recommend using them. More
