Took my 2022 ford bronco in to be repaired. Rear ended. Paid for new bumper and sensor. Wrong sensor installed and bumper did not get replaced. Still same damaged bumper. To top it all off the Rear ended. Paid for new bumper and sensor. Wrong sensor installed and bumper did not get replaced. Still same damaged bumper. To top it all off the the bumper I didn’t get is for a 2021 badlands. I have a 2022 outer banks tech #715 Mark probably ordered wrong bumper and realized when it came it and put the old damaged bumper on thinking we wouldn’t notice. Makes me wonder about the sensor??? That’s a weird blue when all my sensors are black!!!! Second no check for alignment issues was done. The reflector light is still cracked. Makes me question what other shady stuff goes on at this dealership, here I thought I was doing the right thing by having a Ford company repair it. Just looked up the codes for sensor part like I did the bumper and guess what!!! IT DOES NOT FIT A 2022 outer banks bronco… almost tempted to call better business bureau and let them know what kind of services are being provided or should I say not provided. Very shady tech you have representing your company!!! More
