The dealership's service department is friendly and seemed to do their best to take care of the issues as described by the customer. They are a brighter part of this dealership. Rick and Brad were easy seemed to do their best to take care of the issues as described by the customer. They are a brighter part of this dealership. Rick and Brad were easy to work with. Service did leave screwdriver marks (dents) on metal on the dashboard where they took pieces off the car to fix however. The dealership management (particularly Cory Laneman) was dismissive and indifferent with customer concerns. Zero help and zero follow-up from management. Management had to be chased down to get answers when needed and then the dealership asked this customer to make sure to mark their dealer review as 5 stars. Brand new car had to be serviced 5 times in the first month of ownership resulting in not being able to drive the car for a total of 18 days. The dealership as well as Ford themselves see this as no big deal. They are willing to continue to try and fix the car that has serious quality issues, rather than simply allow an exchange for a similar vehicle or even a pricer vehicle that this customer was still willing to pay for. That would have resulted in no financial loss for them but it didn't matter. Overall, profit outweighs experience with this dealership and it outweighs quality with Ford. This was not a good experience whatsoever, which honestly has not been our experience with Ford and other dealers in the past. Wont do business again at this dealership of course and after a life long relationship with Ford and way over a half million spent on their products, maybe it's time to give Ram our personal and commercial business. Ford clearly does not care or need the money. I guess that's what billions of dollars affords them. What a shame. More
