Purchased a 3 year old vehicle 4 months ago. It's been in the shop twice. These were missed in the inspection before selling to us. They aren't taking accountability. It's ways from my house but it's worth the drive. I have gone to others dealerships but at best the quality of service and repairs are very bad. Every Fuze dealership that had service done on my veh I have gone to others dealerships but at best the quality of service and repairs are very bad. Every Fuze dealership that had service done on my vehicles has been nothing less than fantastic. I started with your GMC dealership but because I couldn't get my points and record of the maintenance. They referred me to Chesterfield and I wasn't disappointed. Thank you guys so much. More
Greg did a great job of helping me purchase my new vehicle. I was able to come in, locate the SUV I was looking for, and agree to the terms that were in my budget. Greg did not pressure me into making vehicle. I was able to come in, locate the SUV I was looking for, and agree to the terms that were in my budget. Greg did not pressure me into making a decision and was able to help me with a lower interest rate than what my bank had to offer. When I was finalizing the paperwork, Shane did not pressure me into any extended warranties or add on's that would have increased my monthly premium. Overall, it was a great experience. More
Shane, the finance guy lied to Colin prior to our sale. It wasn’t until the check was written that we asked again about the 10 year 200000 mile warranty covering the turbos he said no. He told Colin that it did cover the turbos, not once but twice and that had a huge impact on our decision to buy the vehicle. It seems that your finance guy wanted the sale to go through and didn’t think he would be caught in a lie. If I were to buy another vehicle from Lou Fusz Shane would be a huge deal breaker. I would use Colin again as we were very happy with him. Shane needs to go. More
