Machaela Byrne was a great salesperson. Machaela was very patient, never creating a sense of trying to rush us through our options. In fact, Machaela drove us to other lots just to compare Machaela was very patient, never creating a sense of trying to rush us through our options. In fact, Machaela drove us to other lots just to compare our options. And we greatly appreciate her follow-up a few days later on our purchase to see how we were doing. Thanks Machaela!!!!! And thanks to Shane with helping us through the finance process. Both were a great team! More

Feb 11, 2023 I Ordered a 2023 Explorer ST with all the goodies. If not for Miss Machaela Byrne I would not have been a customer at Lou Fusz Ford. Oct. thru Nov. of 2022 I sent Builds to 5 Ford Dealers. goodies. If not for Miss Machaela Byrne I would not have been a customer at Lou Fusz Ford. Oct. thru Nov. of 2022 I sent Builds to 5 Ford Dealers. 4 of them did what I said not to do. They wanted to sell me USED CARS. I Blocked their phone calls. Miss Byrne contacted me very politely and asked if I could possibly come up and talk to Her about a new 2023 Explorer ST. (I studied all the different 3-row SUVs and the Explorer was the only one that met My Needs, Demands. The ST Version was just Icing on the Cake. I explained to Miss Byrne I was recovering from surgeries from being T-boned at a stop light and would try to visit Lou Fusz when I was able. She kept in touch with me occasionally without being intrusive. I finally had my Son drive me up on Feb 11. 2023 at noon for an appointment with Miss Byrne. Fooled Me. Whien I first met Miss Byrne she had such poise, and professional attitude I assumed She was about 25. She was pleasant, knowledgeable, easy to talk to and understand, and so Prefessional seeming. She explained things very well, and immediately went to find answers for my many questions. I placed the Order for my ST with Miss Byrne. Ford scheduled my ST for production in 1st week in May. That's a long time for a 76 year old. Time is precious to us. Without Miss Byrne I would never have agreed. I then found out she was only 19 and I was I flabbergasted. Fooled Me. That Impressed me even more. Well Ford was wrong and said in July, I think my vehicle was not in assembly plant but was waiting for PARTS. I constantly bugged Miss Byrne with questions and she tried and tried to find out things. but it was always the same, waiting for parts. She was great with support, always saying those little things that bring a smile to Your face, or make You stop and think about how we're in this together and just hang on. I did and She was the perfect support person. I could have cancelled and went elsewhere, but by then I felt Miss Byrne deserved the Sale because of all she had gone through to baby and constantly try to keep me hoping and hanging in there. Finally, Friday, Sept. 22, Sept. 2023 approximately 5:45PM, 227 days after ordering, my ST arrived at the Lou Fusz Ford Dealership. I visited Miss Byrne at the dealership Sat., Sept. 23, 12:00 Noon and Signed all the papers and signed a check for $61,144.00. Miss Byrne followed the contract to a T. Took me to my ST, gave me the Key Fob. I started the ST, checked the gears, looked it over. She said She would have to take me out for a Test drive after the Dealer performed the Dealer Prep Stuff. She would be gone Monday and Tuesday, Sept. 25 and 26 but when I came back Wednesday, Sept. 27th, 2023 to take my ST Home my vehicle would be finished and ready to go. I met with Miss Byrne that Wednesday to take my ST Home. She took Me and my Brother, who drove me up to the Dealership, out for the contracted Ride and I loved my new ST Returned to Dealership, Miss Byrne screwed on the back license plate holder with Temporary Plates and I was ready to leave. Miss Byrne made and appointment to have my Mud Flaps (water deflectors?). I then learned Lou Fusz Ford had broken the Contract. They never performed the Dealer Prep. Exterior or Interior. I was very upset. Didn't they charge me 3 or so hundred dollars for Dealer Prep. Where is the Money. I couldn't lay the blame on Miss Byrne, she's a Sales Person, not a Sevice Person. She doesn't wash and wax, vacuum and wipe down Interiors. That's Service Dept Failing. Not Miss Byrne's. Her Boss should have been all over the Service Mgr, not Miss Byrne. Finger Pointing Time! Blame YOURSELF, not Miss Byrne. You have a Diamond in Your midst and don't even know it. In closing, I can only say if it wasn't for Miss Byrne, Lou Fusz would have sold 1 less vehicle in 2023. I would also be suing said Company for breach of contract., except I honor Her. I admire the young Lady. More

The dealer mechanic installed the wrong parts on my truck forcing my return 3 additional times before they figured out what they did wrong. The service manager was helpful and did his best to rectify the pro forcing my return 3 additional times before they figured out what they did wrong. The service manager was helpful and did his best to rectify the problem, but they should have checked the parts before installing them to make sure it was a match. Being a brake issue it could have caused a catastrophic failure and caused an accident. The wrong part caused the booster to fail, which had to be replaced as well. I know they tried, but it should have never happened. Was more than an inconvenience. The bright spot was the service care reps Niky and Anya who provided exceptional service helping me get through this nightmare. I have never had to take a vehicle in 4 times to a dealer for the same problem. As a life long Fuze customer I was extremely disappointed. Dealer mechanics are expected to be top of their profession. This was also turned into warranty for reimbursement, which should have not happened. The dealership is responsible and should have eaten the costs. More
