Thank You for the response. I expected this problem to be swept under the rug, so to speak. I can only say this. My new 2023 Explorer xx, which I paid for In CASH, was not Finished properly by the Dealer as Per OUR Contract. My xx did not receive Dealer Prep, which I was told would be taken care of on the 25th and 26th of September. Then I could pick up my xx on Wednesday the 27th of September. My brother drove me up to Lou Fusz on the 27th to drive my new xx Home. I was then told Service Dept didn't Prep my xx because the Car Wash Down the Street Was Not Working, so they couldn't Wash and Wax it. I was not given a date to return so Dealer Prep could be performed. No recourse. No Options. Nothing. So, I drove My new, paid for in full on the 23rd, 2023 Explorer xx home and spent 2 days washing and cleaning my xx,s Interior and Exterior. I even got to install some parts they didn't install on the interior. So, I complained with an honest review of what was not done as per Our (Lou Fusz Ford and Myself) Contract. Don't ever write a bad review at Lou Fusz. Everyone will hate You for Your honesty. Always happens. Be honest and complain and Your an A$$hole. Let the lies and dishonesty go by, don't complain, live the lie and Your OK. Is that Backwards or am I living in a dream world? Even my So nice, upright, honest, professional Sales Person told me she never wanted to see or hear from me again, because My review made her look bad! That, I don't understand. She's not responsible. If anyone should take the blame, it should be her supervisor or manager for not making sure the work was performed as per Contract. Oh well, I guess they're cowards. let someone else take the blame. When she lied to me it broke my heart. Now I have to turn my back and forget her. "Like G.", my butt. Had me fooled. I wish there was a fix, I would really like that. It sucks being called "The bad Man" for telling the truth! All this xx because someone didn't do their job.
