I came in a few days ago to have something checked and the service advisor (don't remember his name, it was not Mr. Flynn) really came across as not caring. "Dont't have time to look at it today. I thoughr I'd give them another shot. I came in today and Mr. Flynn and Mr. Decker took care of the problem within and hour and both were very professional and courteous. I realize that at times you are very busy and maybe today I hit it at the right time but the initial service advisor came across as being rather brusque. More

Andy Eldridge was the most profeesional and knowledgeable salesman that I have worked with when it comes to trucks. Not only did he know the Ford truck line but he was well versed in the competion as well. I salesman that I have worked with when it comes to trucks. Purchasing our truck from Lou Fusz Ford (Kevin Barry, salesperson)was the most pleasant experience ever. Kevin really listened to us regarding the exact truck and options we wanted. Our son had purchased a new truck shortly before we started searching for a truck, and highly recommended the dealership and Kevin. The same day I contacted Kevin, he located a truck with the specifications we had given him. As it turned out, that truck became unavailable, but shortly after, he found us another truck. As soon as we gave Kevin the okay, he brought the truck into the dealership and we were on our way to pick it up. We were very impressed with the professional, yet friendly atmosphere of the staff there. The paperwork was handled quickly and efficiently, and the truck was soon detailed and we were on the road home. I highly recommend the dealership and Kevin. I find it difficult to give any transaction five stars, but in this particular situation, I feel credit is due. Thanks Kevin! More

I started working with Kevin Barry back in November. I told him that I would be looking for a Minivan for my wife over the next couple months. He never pressured me at all. He just kept sending me infor told him that I would be looking for a Minivan for my wife over the next couple months. He never pressured me at all. He just kept sending me information on minivans and cars that I was interested in. He said that we would just keep looking for the right vehicle. He talked to me and my wife early in Feb and said he thought he had a good minivan that would fit our needs. He brought out to our house on Monday to have my wife test it out--she loved it and I went that night to see him and sure enough it was a perfect fit. I don't think alot of people really enjoy buying cars; I know I am not a big fan. Kevin did an outstanding job 1. Making the experience enjoyable and not once did I feel pressure and 2. He delivered what he promised. I will definetly be coming back when it is my turn to get a car. More
