Pleasant professional experience Time for a new car! Usually I equate that to mean another trip to see the dentist. But not this time! My wife and I walked in with no prior warning and was met by Michael Salazar. We explained what we were looking for, and Michael immediately got to work. Our experience started with NO pressure to buy and ended with a very happy wife in a brand new Ford Edge Titanium! The great part about the experience was that hubby felt comfortable with the deal from the start. Expectations were laid out to Michael and he met our requirements without a lot of negotiating. Jeff Reams carried the ball through the financial discussions with the same intensity to please the Customers! We entered the showroom at 6:30pm and were tooling along in or new Edge by 9:05pm!
