Friendly, knowledgeable, and open I loved the vehicle I traded in. However, a two door coupe in a budding family is highly impractical. (If you get it, you're getting a great car!) I stumbled across Lou Fusz after weeks of shopping with my significant other. As we had been talking about purchasing another vehicle, we decided to stop by. We were greeted immediately by Nick Prebianca. I told him of our interest in a brand new F-150 and he was happy to show me all of the options available on his lot that matched my needs and wants. I test drive both trucks and decided to work the numbers on the one I favored. Through no fault of theirs, the numbers didn't pan out. However, unlike other dealers, they Nick did not try to sell me anything less than what I wanted. Instead, my current vehicle caught the eye of my s/o. It was a showroom car that greeted customers as soon as they walked. Full of doubt, I asked for a test drive. Nick was again happy to accommodate. And again Nick was happy to review all of the vehicle features and accommodations. Lou Fusz's team moved 4 other vehicles out of the way to allow us our drive. Regrettably, my s/o was less impressed than I. We did, however, conclude a car could do what we wanted from the drive. So we left in order to venture to a Chevy dealership to find a car that would suit our needs. We found 2. Fast forward to the next day. After am hour of waiting at this chevy dealership, I was finally brought in to discuss finances. The offered 2000 less for my trade than Lou Fusz and their cars were more expensive. I asked for more for my trade in and the salesman said; and this is a quote "We're really not interested in giving you more for your car." After a few choice words, I walked out and drove straight back to Lou Fusz. Finance did there part, we signed the papers and I drove off in less time than it took for the unnamed chevy dealership to start with me. Although, there was a snafu in the works on my end, John Ream happily and expediently resolved the issue. I am very happy with my purchase and I will be visiting Lou Fusz again when I'm ready for to buy a truck. Other Dealerships Need To Take a Lesson Lou Fusz Ford, in general, and John Stahl in particular, made it very easy to select and buy the right car for us. We visited several other stores (2 Lou Fusz Ford, in general, and John Stahl in particular, made it very easy to select and buy the right car for us. We visited several other stores (2 Ford, 2 Mazda, 2 Honda, 2 GMC, 2 Chevy, 1 Toyota and 1 Hyundai) to try to find the perfect compact SUV. Only the Escape had all of the features we wanted. Fusz and John were the only ones that did everything possible to ensure that we could test drive vehicles to test all of the various features. John was the only person out of several sales people, that had a genuine smile and "glad to see you" appearance". I've bought from Fusz automotive in the past but this is my first ever Ford. It's not a fun thing to spend a lot of money on a car but at least with John and his store, it became fun and I thank him for the personal interaction above and beyond the sale of a car. More
