But it proved to be the best driving, most quiet and had an unbelievable amount of equipment, Nav, leather, backup cam, blind spot etc... Then the Sales Mgr Steve G. Introduced us the 1st avail. Salesperson. We met an awesome -No Pressure salesman John Stahl, who was very knowledgeable and courteous of our time and 50+ questions. This guy was SO patient and he really knew the product... They didn't play games, and offered a fair discount, not to mention a lower interest rate than our own bank offered. 1.5% cheaper. Great service I went to the dealership for my first oil change on the car I bought at Lou Fusz Chesterfield. Along with an oil change i needed a few quotes. When I had questions I called and spoke to Anthony who was nice enough to answer my questions, review my quotes and explain in detail. Great turn out I went in looking to trade a single cab truck that I had only owned for 9 months due to expecting a child this coming year. Worked with Allison who w I went in looking to trade a single cab truck that I had only owned for 9 months due to expecting a child this coming year. Worked with Allison who was great to work with and very knowledgeable. Credit wasn't the greatest, and I truly didn't expect to get an approval. As expected, banks wanted large amounts of interest, and even though I didn't have much confidence that the loan could get done, it did. They were not only able to get me approved but they contacted the bank directly and negotiated nearly 4% more off the interest to save me money as well as save me in a monthly payment. I will certainly use this dealer in the future. More
