We were honestly not going to purchase a vehicle, only to narrow the playing field in anticipation of purchase within the next two weeks. We had informed other dealerships of this fact finding mission only to find ourselves in the middle of a "hard sell" which was a huge turn off. We had found other vehicles we liked but because the experience was so unpleasant we decided we would not return despite liking the products. There was no hint of this with Allison. She let us guide the process, answered our questions thoroughly, and pointed out features that we might enjoy. She was friendly and attentive, and not at all pushy. As a result, we trusted her and returned the next day. Jeff Ream got us through the financing process quickly and easily, all the while explaining things in laymen's terms, yet not in a condescending manner. We would gladly recommend this dealership to our family and friends. More

I couldn’t decide whether to get a 2017 vs 2018 but they were able to find EXACTLY what I wanted in a 2017 with considerable cost savings. There was no pressure and they made the process so easy and paperwork was minimal. John Stahl was amazing to work with in that he was very personable and obviously knew the product inside and out. I feel I pa I’d a fair price for the vehicle, better than bids from other local dealerships. He is a credit to the Lou Fusz organization. I would also like to say that Jeff Ream, the Finance Manager, made easy work of the loan application. New car purchase Having purchased our last new car over 14 years ago we dreaded having to go through the process again. We drove into Lou Fusz Ford we were greeted by John Stahl, he willingly showed us several vehicles and explained the differences between each and answered all of our questions. When we told him we weren't ready to do a test drive and would get back to him he totally understood and gave us his card and told us to call. After "trying" to work with other dealerships with no luck, we called John back and he took the time, with no pressure, and worked to accommodate our needs and wants and was we felt, straight forward and let us make the decision without pressure, that is why we recommend Lou Fusz and John Stahl to our friends and family. And by the way Jeff in finance, was also very helpful and throughly explained several add on options which we did not plan on adding but we did purchase. We'll be repete customers. More
