Customer First My experience was nothing sort of exceptional. I called in and spoke to Allison Hock regarding a used vehicle I viewed on the Lou Fusz website and Al My experience was nothing sort of exceptional. Allison took photos of the car and text them to me so I could have a visual of the car I was interested in viewing. The folks in the detail shop did an outstanding job cleaning the interior and the exterior. I was greeted with a smile and did not feel pressured to buy which made my experience even more enjoyable. I meet with Doug in service and he was kind enough to buff a few minor scratches for me and add some minor touchup paint. Once he was finished the car looked brand new. In addition, I drove the car with a technician to ensure the car sounded the way it should. Henry in finance helped speed up the document signing process so I could get in and out with my "New" "Used" car. Allison provided me with great follow up support and really understands the importance of putting the "Customer First." I would recommend Lou Fusz in Chesterfield to any perspective buyer. More
