I always have issues when I come in for service. I purchased the free oil changes when I bought the car. When I came in for the appointment I told them I was in to use that. They decided to add a tir I purchased the free oil changes when I bought the car. When I came in for the appointment I told them I was in to use that. They decided to add a tire rotation without explaining that was not part of the free oil change I had. This is just one of the items that this service dept and car dealership got incorrect. I always have an issue when I come to Lou Fusz. More

Great Patience My truck had a few issues (no heat/o2 sensor out/remote start not working) and I was able to get all of my issues resolved with Lou Fusz within a few My truck had a few issues (no heat/o2 sensor out/remote start not working) and I was able to get all of my issues resolved with Lou Fusz within a few days. I was also able to get a rental car after Lou Fusz realized it was going to take a few days to finish the work needed on my truck. Brandon was also very patient with me (I was obviously frustrated, and Brandon was obviously very busy). I appreciate the work that is being done and I will continue to bring my truck to Lou Fusz for future services. More
