Unhelpful Lou Fusz was NOT helpful...not only did no one return my call for a week but I found their team very abrasive. I went to pick-up my car and no one cou Lou Fusz was NOT helpful...not only did no one return my call for a week but I found their team very abrasive. I went to pick-up my car and no one could find my car or my keys. Their shop is dirty and I did not feel confident leaving my vehicle there for longer than a day. Once someone could find my keys, I took my car to a better dealer who confirmed my issue, charged me for the simple fix and didn’t try to take my money by the handful like Lou Fusz Ford did. As someone new to the area, I have a lot of business to give but I refuse to give it to Lou Fusz and the employees who work there. I will be buying my new ford from Sunset since they truly represent the Ford Brand. There was only one person in service that was worth my time to speak with and that was Brian, he should definitely consider moving to a ford dealer that deserves his time. More
