No real effort. 66k F150 with low speed vibration. Was told no Abnormal vibration. It may get better, it may get worse. If It does, bring it back. Since when is AN 66k F150 with low speed vibration. Was told no Abnormal vibration. It may get better, it may get worse. If It does, bring it back. Since when is ANY vibration at 30 mph "normal". We're talking smooth pavement, strictly truck issue. Ford makes you regret the purchase when you're forced to put up with this garbage. 2 stars was for the respectful service writer. More

They Should Drop "Service" from their name Lou Fusz continues to disappoint in all aspects of maintenance and customer service. An appointment will be made for a Wednesday at 8 am and on Frida Lou Fusz continues to disappoint in all aspects of maintenance and customer service. An appointment will be made for a Wednesday at 8 am and on Friday at noon, we call and the car STILL has not been looked at. Their troubleshooting methods are questionable at best and has resulted in FOUR trips to their service department to get the backup camera to work. Never again. Goodbye forever Lou Fusz, you are truly horrible. More
