What a horrible experience! About 7k on my 2019 escape and the engine needed replacing. Took 6 weeks total and 3 trips in. After engine repair they said it was “complete” I made 2 more trips back in for f and the engine needed replacing. Took 6 weeks total and 3 trips in. After engine repair they said it was “complete” I made 2 more trips back in for faulty sensors. Brandon sent me home saying the error was cleared and said call back if it comes back on. Sure enough it did and found out from another worker that he order the part already! If he knew it was out why have me return the loaner to come back! Also said it would take 2 hours and took 2 more days. This Ford is terrible and so is this locations customer service and service repair people. Very little communication unless you call them. Don’t recommend!!! More
