Purchased new tires. When I picked up my truck, the wrong size tire was installed. Had to wait another day to get correct tires installed. Windshield Camera Recalibration We had to replace the windshield on our 2017 Escape by a 3rd party vendor since the dealership does not perform this service. Due to 'lane detection' We had to replace the windshield on our 2017 Escape by a 3rd party vendor since the dealership does not perform this service. Due to 'lane detection' on our vehicle, the camera in the windshield had to be recalibrated. Even though everything went well with the dealership, and Jerry was very thorough/informative, I think Ford/auto industry needs to develop an alternative way to correct this. $160 on top of the cost of a new windshield is rather expensive. More

Very helpful and friendly. Brian has always been good to me. Too bad I have a LEMON FOCUS. I don’t know if I will ever buy a Ford again due to the bad treatment from Ford on the clutch.
