My first and only experience so far was good with regard to checking in the vehicle, and receiving updates. It took 2.5 hours for an oil change. I drive a long way just to use my car pass that I paid for, it’s not worth it when I have to waste most of my day just for an oil change. I have a 2 year old that doesn just to use my car pass that I paid for, it’s not worth it when I have to waste most of my day just for an oil change. We will never use this service again.. We was told our vehicle after a scheduled appointment was worked on in between other vehicles. We were told short staffed. It took 3 days to get our vehicle back wit vehicle after a scheduled appointment was worked on in between other vehicles. We were told short staffed. It took 3 days to get our vehicle back with all parts available on day one to fix. Each day assured it would be ready.We called day 2 middle of the day and again assured the vehicle be ready by 4:30 pm. If we had not called on the way to dealership (30 min drive) to see if ready on day 2 we would not have known until we arrived. Poor service and poor updates. More
