They never fail to disappoint. My truck has been there like 5 times for the same issue. I have given up on more than half of the calls I've made to service dept since buying here before succeeding in gett like 5 times for the same issue. Brandon was actually telling me what tools I would need to buy to diagnose my hitch connector charge wire failure. I explained I'm not a mechanic so tapping into the wire with an electric meter after running an initialization sequence was beyond my skillset, especially since I dont know how to repair the truck if I did diagnose the currents correctly. He explained how the dealership doesn't have diagnostic equipment necessary to fix my truck. He did have one at home though. He was pleasant to talk with. It's just that this is what I was trying to avoid buying new. More
