I was very pleased with my service appointment. I went in for an oil change tire rotation and front end alignment. Service advisor (Brandon Piel) nformed me that the required 40,000 mile service wo I went in for an oil change tire rotation and front end alignment. Service advisor (Brandon Piel) nformed me that the required 40,000 mile service would take several hours ( I think he said 5-6 hours). Brandon offered if I needed to run and grab lunch, etc. just let him know. The entire service writing staff was extremely friendly and accommodating.
