We had a schedule appointment for a steering shaft noise. This was the second time in for the same issue. After leaving the truck the service department took the steering apart and left the truck unable to d This was the second time in for the same issue. After leaving the truck the service department took the steering apart and left the truck unable to drive for “3” solid weeks. We called several times and could not get anyone to answer. We finally have the truck back but the entire situation was not good and no one ever apologized or offered a loaner vehicle or anything. Keep in mind this is a $100k new truck with 15k miles. Not good and not happy! More
