Joe has been great, the vehicle Lou Fusz sold us has not been. The 2021 Explorer ST has less than 5000 miles on it and already a radiator hose blew (had to pay out of my own pocket for tow because the local been. The 2021 Explorer ST has less than 5000 miles on it and already a radiator hose blew (had to pay out of my own pocket for tow because the local Ford dealer where it broke down wouldn’t service it because we didn’t buy it from them), now been back twice (first time we were told our download was corrupted and then redownloading the software would fix it) due to the large center counsel touch screen not working at all (told during assembly some wires had got mashed and are now shorting). Part is on back order so we are now driving the vehicle because they do not have any loaners until the end of this month when the wiring harness is set to arrive. $60k vehicle with less than 5,000 miles on it and seriously questioning the quality and what passes for “sport tuned” at Ford. More

I have had my auto in for three times and have spent over $350 dollars to get the indicator fixed that shows my tires are low. Each time Brandon has told me its fixed. Then I leave and before I can return to Innsbrook, the light comes back on. Your mechanic in charged assured Brandon it was fixed this time. IT IS NOT!! PLUS, I have spent at least 15 hours at your dealership on several Saturdays to get this resolved. I want it fixed. Or return my money. This is ridiculous. Not happy. If you are going to put a product back out within the "stream of commerce" then the product should be has indicated. You failed to do and have failed to call me to address the concerns. I was in the process of buying a new SUV, but not now. I expect a call to resolved and finally fix this situation without me paying again. And know, I am not upset with Brandon. He has been excellent. But he can only go on what the folks repairing the cars are saying and doing with the vehicles. Thank you.
