Good service experience but too far from home I took my 2012 Fiat 500 Lounge in for an oil change, tire rotation, and because the driver's side door lock was making a clunking sound when automatic I took my 2012 Fiat 500 Lounge in for an oil change, tire rotation, and because the driver's side door lock was making a clunking sound when automatically engaging. I was treated well and the service was done quickly at a very reasonable price. Unfortunately, the lock was working perfectly when I was there so if it happens again, I'll do something. What I don't like is the Creve Coeur Fiat moved to this O'Fallon location so instead of 6 miles, I had to drive 19 miles each way. Will probably not be back for routine service that can be performed at other close Lou Fusz locations. More
