I was first impressed when we arrived at the dealership that we weren't bombarded with sales people fighting for a sale. My husband and I were able to leisurely peruse around the parking lot just to take a look at the cars to get a better idea of exactly what we were wanting. Once we figured that out we walked inside and spoke to Joe Liebmann, a sales consultant for Lou Fusz. I have to say he was outstanding. No slick sales gimmicks, no pressure, no attempts at manipulative ploys. Just great, accommodating service. We ended up purchasing the vehicle we were interested in, for a price that both my husband and I were comfortable with. No hassles!!! Joe went above and beyond!!! He gave us suggestions and his advice, but was in no way pushy what-so-ever. After we decided on the Fiat we wanted to purchase the process was absolutely painless.
