My salesman Chris Seaton was knowledgeable and courteous as I shared what I was looking for. We looked at a number of vehicles, but as I had already done my homework before I came, I knew pretty much what I was looking for. Chris helped me go through the few questions I had and we test drove the Jeep I ended up buying that day. After the sale, the Finance person Matt Craft was also great to talk with and the whole thing took hardly any time at all to finish up. Worth noting, as I was getting ready to leave, each of the salesmen at the store at the time as well as the assistants and even the Manager came out to shake my hand and thank me for my business. I have never seen this before, but I can tell you I was impressed with the gesture. All in all, a great experience, and a great deal on a new 2018 Jeep Wrangler. I highly recommend doing business with them. More

Do not buy from them! Im letting everyone know, please do not buy through Chrysler Jeep! We bought a brand new 2018 Jeep Compass. Within 2 weeks our service engine light ca Im letting everyone know, please do not buy through Chrysler Jeep! We bought a brand new 2018 Jeep Compass. Within 2 weeks our service engine light came on. I took it to the service area of the dealership. 3 days later and 7 parts removed and changed they still cant figure out what is wrong. They had a regional mechanic come in to "fix" the problem. We just found out he never came in. We spoke to a case manager and she was supposed to keepbus updated every other day. We havent spoken to any one in 2 weeks! We called today and now they are replacing the transmission! Are you kidding me??? This is brand new vehicle with less than 700 miles on it. We keep getting the run-a-round. I have never never been treated like this or have experienced such horrible customer service in my life😠😠😠😠 More

Off to the finance person he went and I waited again. He came back and checked occasionally. When the finance person came to our desk to talk and I asked him what the interest rate was, his response was that he just got our folder in his hands. That was when I let it be known that I was not happy and I was ready to walk out o the deal. I do not like the wait tactic. Wait a long time and get tired of waiting so that I will sign anything does not work for me. In my career, that level of service to a customer would soon have me looking for a new job. More
