Went out to drive away in my Jeep, with another year of warranty left on it, to a dead battery. What? Called Lou Fusz Service & asked how to resolve issue. We agreed to try an hr. on a battery charger. If warranty left on it, to a dead battery. What? Called Lou Fusz Service & asked how to resolve issue. We agreed to try an hr. on a battery charger. If in green, I’d drive it to the dealer for diagnostics. They worked me in after determining that my battery was defective! They replaced my battery & vehicle was ready for pick up the same evening. Way to go, Lou Fusz Jeep in O’Fallon, MO!! Thanks for taking care of the defect promptly! More
My battery was dead. Lou Fusz tested it for me and although already booked out, they were able to fit me in that day. I was very grateful for their courteous help. Well let's see. The first person that I ran into told me that you guys did not offer either OE m, it was only after market. The second person I talked to told me that they did. Went to parts ordered the part for remote start. Made an appointment for a few weeks later. And also to get an oil change an tire rotation. I showed up for my appointment. They took the jeep back. About an hour later I get a phone call that they lost the part. And what was supposed to be a very short job. They needed me to reschedule and come back in another time. They claim the oil change and rotation was done. As I go to leave they find the part. The guy tells me he has no idea what's going on to just wait. I'm standing there just waiting by my jeep. Not knowing if i'm supposed to leave or wait. A gentleman comes out and said to me is this your jeep I said yes. He said, well, apparently you think this is gonna take fifteen minutes. But it is going to take longer than that. I said that is what your service tech told me. But as quickly as it can get done I would appreciate. Two hours later. I was able to leave. Which in itself was ridiculous but I understand that things get lost. What I don't understand is coming to a dealership that is supposed to have qualified service techs. That charge almost two hundred dollars an hour in labor which is absolutely insane. Just to get it home and the next time I drive it have a puddle of oil underneath it. Because your technician did not take off the old rubber gasket. That came on the filter. So then I had to drive almost thirty six minutes back up there. To fix their mistake after the weekend. They then lied to me and told me that the filter was defective instead of owning to the fact that they messed up. It could have blown up my engine on my brand new twenty four if I had not noticed. And for the rate you guys charge, it's absolutely unacceptable that you can't even do something as basic as an oil change correctly. It's terrifying to think of what you're doing to people's vehicle that need more extensive work than I do. Wasted another Two hours of my day. I had to take off work I missed my dog's vet appointment. And it just started off the day wrong. Because of poor work done by your dealership. And if the sales experience had been better I probably would have more leniency. But because your finance manager lied to me and financed me With a shady china based company. Out of about fifteen cars i've purchased in the last three years.. This is by far the least impressive dealership. And i've dealt with kia which is saying something given their current issues. At least their service techs were polite and not condescending and rude. (First Lady I dealt with closest to exit door to waiting area..ignorant) That being said while there are a few very nice people who work there. There's not a single part of this dealership that I would recommend to anybody. Your sales department is going to cost me several $1000 extra in interest. Because I'm not being able to make principal only payments. And if I keep bringing my jeep there for service. Apparently, it's going to need a lot more work. To fix the work you do. 🤣. I will say there are Some very nice people there.. But none of them work on my cars. I would probably have better luck if they did. The parts lady michelle is very nice. Super helpful. And it sucks the part fell behind something but she was super cool about it. The older guy Glen? Maybe. He checks you in when you pull in.. super nice. Very polite understood my frustration. Etc. But I never should have had to come back up over an oil change, sorry not sorry. I've had probably a hundred oil changes at valvoline over my lifetime and never had this experience. And they charge 21.99 with a coupon. 🤣 Get it together. More

Courteous people. Always kept me informed about what was going on with the vehicle. Didn't do anything without getting authorization first. Always kept me informed about what was going on with the vehicle. Didn't do anything without getting authorization first. More
