Class acts all around Lou Fusz CJDR on Highway K did a great job of making up for a previous bad experience that I had at the dealership a few years ago. It was a completely different experience this time around and they had no idea I was holding a grudge. Matt Buesse went above and beyond with assisting me in locating and securing the exact Charger package I was looking for, and I mean I had really specific requirements for this car including particular options and color. Matt was able to locate the car on day 1 (go figure) and we began discussions. There were a few things about the car I was unsure of and wanted to see differences, such as the base speaker package and the Beats Audio package. He pulled up two cars for me, one with and one with out and allowed me to spend time in each to determine whether it was an option I wanted or not. I was not an easy customer for Matt. He dealt with me very kindly and treated me like a friend, which I truly appreciate. Matt was also more than happy to answer his phone on his off day to clear up some questions I had during negotiations the previous day and went way beyond in making sure I was absolutely happy with the decision I was making. Lou Fusz worked a dealer trade with another dealership in Illinois when we found the exact car I wanted. They worked with me and dealt with my negotiations even though I was hardballing them as best as I could, and they didn't let me walk. Needless to say, I drove off with the car I wanted and I couldn't be happier. I will definitely turn to Lou Fusz and specifically Matt Buesse the next time I'm in the market and I'll be pointing my friends his way. Absolutely class acts all around. More

Won’t be buying anywhere else! I had the pleasure of working with Zack Harris, Chad Willis, and Brett Vaughn. I have been car shopping many times but never actually felt like I was I had the pleasure of working with Zack Harris, Chad Willis, and Brett Vaughn. I have been car shopping many times but never actually felt like I was more than another commission check. It’s a totally different story at Lou Fusz! When I met with Chad he assured me I would be well taken care of and that he would be a part of the entire process and got me set up with Zack. Zack is above and beyond professional and truly a great guy to work with. He actually listens and makes sure you get what you are looking for, even if it would mean driving every vehicle on the lot to make sure you are in the right one. I told him what I was looking for in my wife’s Jeep and in a Jeep for myself and he listened and made sure the vehicles I drove matched our needs. Once the Jeeps were picked he set me up with Brett and again the kindness and friendliness was more than I have ever experienced, especially when dealing with car financing. Once the purchase was made I asked Zack if he could show my wife the following day the features on her vehicle because she could not be there the day of purchase, he was more than willing and my wife truly appreciated it. The team at Lou Fusz knows how to treat customers and I could not be happier with my experience! I will keep coming back for sure! More

I had a great experience in buying my new dream car I found my dream car on the Lou Fusz website, and was able to make an appointment to test drive it the next day. The weather was inclement, but Mike I found my dream car on the Lou Fusz website, and was able to make an appointment to test drive it the next day. The weather was inclement, but Mike Gerber was more than happy to work with me thru the pouring rain. I purchased the Chrysler 300 from him with no problems, and everyone at the Lou Fusz dealership in O'Fallon was just the nicest people to work with. Mike went above and beyond in getting me home with my new car, because I kept my other Chrysler (there's nothing like a Chrysler), and had to ferry both cars back to the St. Ann area. My father bought his Chrysler from Lou Fusz some years back and told me he had never had such a great experience working with a dealership than with Lou Fusz. I would recommend this dealership, and especially Mike Garber. He was awesome, thanks Mike. More

Great experience! I had a wonderful experience buying a new Jeep. I test drove 2 different styles of Jeeps, but neither one was exactly what I was looking for.
