Overall experience was good. Took all day for oil change, tire rotation, and recall. Dropped car off at 730am, and wasn't ready until 430pm. They asked if I wanted a car wash, I Took all day for oil change, tire rotation, and recall. Dropped car off at 730am, and wasn't ready until 430pm. They asked if I wanted a car wash, I said yes, but upon pick up, it was not washed. Also, they left the protective cover on the driver's seat. On my way home I noticed a smell of something, like a warm scent coming from the engine area. When I got home, I noticed the car was smoking under the hood. Nothing crazy, but was definitely noticeable. I called the dealership and they assured me it was from the oil change, they may have spilled oil, and that was just it burning off. Going on a week and the smoke has stopped, but still will smell. Overall, experience was okay. I would have expected maybe one of the four things to happen, but not all four. They did give a fee things that need to be addressed such a new tires, which we asked for a quote, and 2 were provided, so that was great. Also, I mentioned that I had a coupon but didn't know which would work out best, and they helped with that. The texting communication was actually really cool and helpful. More
