I do NOT recommend Lou Fusz service on Hwy K. The service guy had the nerve to say we were “xxxxxxxx” because I questioned my radio not being fixed. Rude and don’t care They were nice all the way up till they got my money. Been waiting a month for my title still haven’t received it yet. They told me it would be here by now but nope they lied. Also lied n said I would get a new temp tag if the title wasn’t back in time. The lies didn’t stop there. Said they would pay the late fees if title wasn’t back. Also a lie not only do I have to pay my own sales tax but now I have late fees. I only have one car to get to work. So now I have to drive illegally hoping I don’t get a ticket. I tried calling to talk with the guy that sold me the car. After I talked to him the first time he lied some more then blocked me. The manager was no help at all.. I HOPE THEY KNOW WHAT THE DID IS ILLEGAL AND MY LAYWER WILL BE CONTACTING THEM VERY SOON. More
