Very, Very Shady Part 1: We went to buy an Alpha Romeo Stelvio, unfortunately we had a sales rep named Dan, wow what a piece of work. We went to the dealership with ou Part 1: We went to buy an Alpha Romeo Stelvio, unfortunately we had a sales rep named Dan, wow what a piece of work. We went to the dealership with our checkbook with intents to buy the car since we've already test drove one at the Toyota Lou fusz by our house. First things first we weren't greeted with a smile and a handshake, Dan decided to say "cmon" and waived his hand and walked away. Then he pulled up the COMPLETELY wrong car. A Stelvio is an SUV he pulled up a car. I am very understanding people make mistakes, but when I say "hey Dan this is the wrong car a Stelvio is an SUV" he said "are you sure?"... YA I THINK IM SURE IVE TEST DROVE A COUPLE OF THEM. Then he huffed and puffed as he had to pull up the RIGHT car. As if we were an inconvenience. After all this I was over it and I told him out he made us feel as buyers and he scoffed and said the car was ugly and it looked like the dog car from dumb and dumber! I was IN SHOCK. I decided to call management the pleaded with us to come back that they "would makes us an offer we can't refuse" so we did the next morning. Part 2: Every one started very helpful Mike Gerber, Phillip, and Steve. Phil was vert helpful showed us about 4 cars and we decided to move forward with a car and were promised our monthly car payment would not be more than 330 a month because they ran a credit check and we had a 751! So we accepted the offer and went into the finance office aft now 6 hours combined in the dealership. In the finance office this man was BEYOND SHADY. He told us he registered his cars in Tennessee to avoid taxes. Which number one is tax evasion and number two is shady and made us put up our red flags. He then came back and said ok sign here on this iPad it will be 330 a month, then I notice he tacked on an EXTRA YEAR IN PAYMENTS AND TRIED TO HIDE THEY JACKED THE INTREST TO OVER 9 PERCENT, WITH A 751 CREDIT SCORE!!! So not only did they lie about the payments they tried to sneak an extra year of payments in!!! AN ABSOLUTE TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, WE WALKED OUT AND WILL NEVER GO BACK AND DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE BUYING A CAR FROM THIS SHADY PLACE!! More
