Our Dodge Ram 1500 was purchased on Jan. 27, 2020. We did not receive the key finder or door guards on the truck that were the tangible items that you can SEE. It was part of their FUSZ GUARD package that they charge you $698 PLUS TAX for! The other three invisible items that you will receive are exterior paint protection, windshield protection, and interior surface protection. We were offered $40 back for the invisible door guards or they would mail them to us and we could get them installed. WE SAID NO! WE ARE NOT ACCEPTING $40. THAT IS AN INSULT. WE STILL FEEL THEY DID NOTHING TO THIS TRUCK IN REGARDS TO THEIR PACKAGE. THEY CERTAINLY CAN'T PROVE THEY DID AND WE CAN'T PROVE THEY DIDN'T, BUT UNDER THE CIRCUMSTANCES THAT WE HAVE, WE EXPECT THE DEALER TO ADMIT TO THE MISTAKES THAT WERE MADE AND SIMPLY REFUND THIS BOGUS CHARGE! Yesterday we received an envelope from them containing a Tile key finder and a check for $40. This was mailed to us on March 3, 2020. We filed a complaint with the Attorney Generals Office in Missouri on Feb. 19, 2020. We made it clear to the dealer that we will not settle this for $40. This charge is simply a way to steal some money. This check will not be cashed. The dealer has still not returned our calls and the General Manage Mark Mercer has not reached out to us. They could care less about customer relationships. They have not responded to anything. We will continue to pursue this through the legal channels. It is simply the principal of this now. We want our money back. PERIOD.
