I would give this dealer less then 1 if I could I bought my 21 Jeep Cherokee here in 1/15/2021 the buying process was great no issues with the salesman Chris Hudnutt fast forward to feb 16th my Cherokee wou my 21 Jeep Cherokee here in 1/15/2021 the buying process was great no issues with the salesman Chris Hudnutt fast forward to feb 16th my Cherokee would stay running in the extreme cold I contacted the service department was told to call roadside to have it towed in got transferred to Sam about a loaner vehicle was told they had nothing to put me in and didn’t seem to know when they could get me in one I needed security that I had a away to get to work , I contact Chris my salesman asked if the sales team help with loaners when the service depart is out of them ( this is something we do at my dealership ) he responds with I’m can’t remember if you purchased the Jeep pass or not the loaner cars are saved for them customers ! EXCUSES ME I PURCHASED A NEW VEHICLE THAT HAD LESS THEN 1300 MILES ON IT AND YOU WSNT YO KNOW IF I PURCHASED YOUR EXTENDED WARRANTY ? I will never do busdiness here again More
