The team at Lou Fusz was super friendly and accommodating. They answered all of my questions and solved my issue. They even offered services that I did not need, like a shuttle, but it's good t accommodating. They answered all of my questions and solved my issue. A free car wash was offered and I said yes, I wanted to take advantage of that. The vehicle was not washed. I was also told that my old headlight bulbs, which were swapped out, were laying on the front seat. The bulbs were actually not anywhere in the vehicle. But I didn't go there for a wash and didn't need the old bulbs. But since I was told those 2 extra things were to be done, it was a little disappointing to find them not done. Probably lack of communication between the tech and customer service. More
