My financial person worked hard to find the best my finance person, everyone was exceptional. They were friendly, personable, and knowledgeable. My financial person worked hard to find the best deal he could find. I appreciated his hard work to make me comfortable with the payments. Rob made sure that he found the car with all the features thT I wanted. He had no issues letting me test drive by myself.. he also took extra time to help me with all the cars features. He went over everything and answered all my questions. He was easy to talk to and knew about all the cars features. Rob made sure that I was happy every step of the way. Terrible customer service. I stopped by to test drive a vehicle on 12/27/21 and gave the finance manager Jim Moresi a coupon for a $75.00 gift card with a test drive. I sent several follow up emails to Ji vehicle on 12/27/21 and gave the finance manager Jim Moresi a coupon for a $75.00 gift card with a test drive. I sent several follow up emails to Jim Moresi regarding my test drive and the coupon and never received a response. I have purchased 3 vehicles from Lou Fusz Ram over the last six years and had all of my vehicles serviced at this location. If they treat a customer that has spent more than a 120k at their business I can only assume that it won't be any better for a new customer. Best of luck and you might be better looking elsewhere.
