I purchased a used 2008 Jeep. Although I love the vehicle I have to say that the overall experience at Lou Fusz Dodge so far has been very poor. My experience has been that there is a lot of miscommunication throughout the dealership including but not limited to the salesman, used car manager, finance guy, service/“VIP” company. (Note: I guess “VIP” is an aftermarket company Lou Fusz works with.) They all act independent from each other and this has led to delays and an overall bad experience. I felt/feel like I’m getting dragged around and beat up… and it’s not even over yet. I have been waiting over 3 weeks for items (side steps and spare tire with cover) that I was told would only take a few days.... As of today a tire cover has not been ordered and it’s been over 3 weeks. I understand it isn't something they can get from the parts department due to the size (35x12.50) but this should have been determined and ordered within days after the sale was final. I've had problems with the finance guy which had me come in and sign paperwork A WEEK AFTER THE SALE WAS FINAL so that he could file for a lost title on my trade-in. Later that day he called and told me that a lost title for MO costs around $20-30 and a lost title for IL was around $125. He also told me that if it was the MO then they would just pay it but because it was an IL title they wouldn’t. He kept saying “You’re responsible for the cost to file for the lost title.” I said I would check to see if I could find the title but never agreed to pay the “around $120”. Today after I dropped off my Jeep to have the side steps installed I find out he charged me over $150 for the lost title on my trade-in (when IDOT charges $95). After I voiced my frustration the used car manager cut me a check so that I was only charged the $95. This doesn’t change the fact that I was honest about the lack of a title and it wasn't an issue until after everything was completed....Also the fact that the finance guy was trying to charge me $150 for something I could have done for $95. If he had been honest and told me when we were doing the paperwork that I would be charged $150, then this wouldn’t have been an issue because I would have filed the paperwork and paid the $95 myself. Below is a breakdown of "Why" I gave the ratings I did. Customer Service = 2 : Being told a few days for parts and then waiting over 3 weeks is not "OK" customer service. Also the additional charge and hassle of the title after the sale results in a rating of 2. Quality of Work = 3 : The only work I've had done so far (Note: I'm still waiting on spare tire and tire cover) is the installation of the side steps which was just OK.. This is a quick bolt-on part that could have been done while I waited. Unfortunately they contracted this out to "VIP" which had to take it to their shop and install the side steps. Gas used was also not put back into my Jeep. This is why I give them a rating of 3... or "OK". Friendliness = 4 : Everyone was friendly.... Note: The used car manager was very understanding as to why I was upset and helped with the issue of the title. I still feel like I got taken advantage of and that Lou Fusz could have done more to make the situation right (especially considering that I've been waiting for over 3 weeks on my sidesteps, spare tire and tire cover). Regardless... everyone was friendly even when I wasn't. Overall Experience = 2 : Refer to above issues. Price = 3 : Lou Fusz urges the use of "Realdeal.com" as a price estimator which had this Jeep marked as "Overpriced". After negotiations it was an OK deal. The price we agreed upon was acceptable but not one that made me walk away feeing like I got a great deal to brag about. If a different dealership had this jeep I feel I'd gotten about the same deal or better as I got here. This is why I gave a rating of 3 (OK). Unfortunately at this time I wouldn’t recommend this dealer due to the way the $150 title issue was handled. I feel better communication could have made this a much better experience for both parties. More

I came in to have the oil changed in my car and to inquire about a new key for the car I purchased at this same dealership a couple years ago. While sitting in the waiting area, a woman walked by me happy and seemed to be loving life! I stopped her and asked if she was a salesperson and she replied, yes can I help U! Well, after many laughs and excellent customer service my daughter is the proud owner of an Avenger! After 50 years of purchasing cars, never have I come across a salesperson who knew so much about everything on the lot! U go girl! Merritt and all the staff at the dealership were great to work with. They took great care of me through out the process and were able to answer all the questions I had about the three vehicles I was looking work with. I stopped look at a couple of cars on the lot late in the day on one of the days the dealership closed early. Most everybody was gone and Donna was on her way out as well. But she took the time before she pulled off the lot to get out of her car and greet me. She explained some different features for the cars I was interested in and guided me to the cars I wanted to see. She asked me to come back to the dealership when I had time so she could take me on some test drives. She wasn't pushy and really seemed like she had fun at her job and really cared about the customer. Due to Donna, I felt comfortable coming back to take a Challenger RT for a test drive with her. She knew the car very well and wanted to show me everything about it. When we returned to the lot, we saw the SRT. She and I were excited about taking it for a test run and I just had to have it. Tom Baker was also a pleasure to work with. He made the financing so easy, I was surprised I was walking out with my first new car in 5 years. I almost fell over when Tom called me the next day to say he found a better interest rate for me. Totally not expected since I've never had great experience with the financing any cars from other dealerships. I would definitely come back and recommend Donna and Tom. More

I researched thoroughly online and thought I knew what vehicle I wanted (Honda Pilot or Ford Explorer). I told her up front that I didn't necessarily love the Dodge/Chrysler "look", but she was fine with that and told us that she would show us what we wanted to see. We did however, come across a Chrysler Aspen on the lot, and LOVED it. It had everything we were looking for and more. I hadn't even considered a Chrysler before and am so thankful that Donna showed us our options. Even after we drove the Chrysler Aspen, I still wanted to see the Ford Explorer I had picked out online so that I was sure of my decision with the Aspen. Donna drove us several miles to the Lou Fusz Ford dealership to see the Explorer. She definitely went out of her way. Donna was also never pushy and listened to what we wanted. I will definitely come back to see Donna at Lou Fusz Chrysler Jeep Dodge when it is time for my next vehicle purchase. I also want to add how great Tony, the finance guy, was. I was dreading that part of the car buying experience, and he too was not pushy with the warranties, and was even able to get me a lower interest rate than my local credit union. More

Arrived There Late Friday Evening Was Greeted With Friendly Faces and Our "New" Car In The Garage Show Room Waiting On Us. Test Drove It...Signed Papers and Was Back On The Road In Less Than 45minutes! Mark Is an AMAZING Person! Everyone There was Extremely Friendly!
