We found the jeep we were looking for at this dealership's website on October 1st, and were able to pick it up on October 7th. The service Dept did all the repairs at no extra charge to us. I recently went into Lou Fusz and was treated like they didn't want my business. After standing around waiting for the salesman to make the usual trips back and forth between him and the sales manager.... didn't want my business. I finally realized they are not coming down on the price of the vehicle (which was way over priced). I can't believe I spent several hours in this heat without a drink while I waited for them to do the manager/salesman dance. Oh yeah... They have cars on the lot with a price on them that is not the real price. I asked about a really nice Jeep and they told me the sticker on the window didn't reflect the cost of tires/rims and they would have to be added to the "sticker price"….. I will never step foot on that lot again due to the high make believe cost of the vehicles and horrible customer service….. More
