When I had my old car (2006 300) in for service several weeks ago I started looking at new cars in the show room. I talked with Mark Cain & he discussed some of the upgrades in the new 300's. I later came in and looked at a few new stock models & also began looking at other brands. The experience here was best and Mark answered all questions but was not at all pushy. He gave me some initial budgetary figures. About a week later, Saturday 11/12/11, I went in a we made a deal. The overall experience was very good & I hope this car (2011 300 limited) is as good as my old one. More
We had a great experience at this dealership. Originally we were looking for a used vehicle, but ended up buying new. We liked the 'feel' of the dealership and the folks that work there, so we were comforta we were looking for a used vehicle, but ended up buying new. Not pleased with our most recent service visit. We went in for a minor repair and an oil change, and left with a bill much greater than the price quoted to us. The price given to us was supposed to includ in for a minor repair and an oil change, and left with a bill much greater than the price quoted to us. The price given to us was supposed to include all taxes and fees. We got our bill at the end, and it was at least $25 more than the quoted price. A big chunk of that was some charge for "Miscellaneous Shop Supplies". I guess that price did not include a rag for cleaning up the grease that the mechanic left all over the inside of our car. This dealership is notorious for taking advantage of customers with a legitimate service need....alot like a poker player who was dealt a royal flush, they really want to cash in big time. No matter what reason you've gone in for, they will always have at least 2 or 3 additional items that must be done immediately. Apparently, the service advisors get reprimaned if a customer walks out of there for less than $400 (or if the customer is satisfied). Stay away from this dealership service department if you can.....their location is about the only thing keeping them in business right now. More

My husband and I are not easily impressed. However, our experience at O'Fallon, Lou Fusz and the sales staff far exceeded our expectations. Don Johnson was our sales man at Lou Fusz, he went over all of the car features in detail with us. He was extremely knowledgeable regarding the car and features. He also walked me to the service manager introducing me to him for any future service my vehicle may need. Also, we were impressed with how each and every sales man working the day we picked up our new car lined up and said thank you for the business and shook my hand. We would definitely recommend using this dealership to anyone purchasing a vehicle! In addition to all of this Lou Fusz offers free oil changes for as long as I own my vehicle, as well as free state inspections for not only my new car, but for my husband's vehicle. More

I have dealt with Lou Fusz Dodge service department for a few years now on my 2001 Dodge Dakota. They have been GREAT. I love these guys. Because of that my wife and I thought to try them out for a new car purchase. We stopped by to see if we were interested in adding the Chrysler 200 to our short list. We were planning to buy a sedan in January. It turns out they had a new '11 for a unbelievable price, so We decided to see if we could trade our old Pontiac. Bill really worked with us to get the deal we needed for us to buy at this time. There was no hassle, just facts.
