With three kids in the car, and a 2010 Dodge Caravan that was shaking so badly that I wasn't sure if I could get home, I stopped at the closest Dodge Dealer. Guys, I am a mom who needs to make sure her family gets home safe. Offer up some suggestion or even an apology. Don't send me out with no help to solve the problem.
